My wife would like to change from H4 to F1. How ever, we might need to go out of country after she changes to F1. Is there any one here who has gone to Canada/Mexico/India to get their F1 stamping done recently?

Are you making the layer at 50% opacity? if so, then that is why, because everything on that layer will be at 50%. So create a new layer and do the Stroke.

The other day had a friend at my place and I felt like throwing him out of my house. These guys are crying by their asses days and night. Believe me he is the guys whose wife drives him to work because his DL expired and PA DOT is not issuing him License because he has less than 1 year visa. But he was talking this government, that government..... I asked him to keep quiet and watch, if we are successful you'll get a free ride, if not then keep crying through your ass, you're doing it anyway!!!!

I had an appointment on Feb 13th at Delhi for H1b renewal. It took less than 15 min for both of us. H1b and h4 we were given special treatment because of our US citizen children. No waiting in line and even no qu from VO once he came to know about children

Hi,
I f there is one word difference between first name in marriage certificate and birth certificate will that be basis for rejection of application or will it just be RFE?
First name on the birth certificate and passport is the same but instaed of "ta"there is "tha" in marriage certificate .Due holiday ,it is just impoossible to get affidavit by tonight.
Please I sincerely appreciate your opinion what should be done in such case?
Wait till 16th evening ,hoping to get affidavit which may or maynot be possible or just go ahead and submit application now?

My Indian passport is going to expire very soon and my visa has also expired.
I have applied for extension for 3 years.
Will I face any problems in getting new passport from Indian Embassy?

Hi folks,
Could someone please point me to a Marriage Certificate Translation service9s)?
It's in Marathi and has photos, legal fee stamps and seals on it and I would like to retain the look as much as possible.
I kinda searched this website, but the search engine doesn't take you to a specific post in a thread. Instead it just brings up all threads that contain a post with the search keyword. After navigating through a few pages with no luck, I gave up and hence the (potentially redundant) question!
With another opportunity for Adjustment of Status around the corner, I want to get this asap.

There was a soft LUD on my I-485 on 01/01 and today (01/02). I had applied for my H1 extension sometime back.Will my 485 be touched because of H1 ? My PD is Aug 2006 EB2(obviously cant expect AOS getting processed at this time).

In some states like california , you can work under a attorney for 10 (if not ten say 'n') years and get addmitted to the bar.

Its alright most of the time USCIS looks for last year or last 2 years tax return. I think W-2 is good enough to prove that you are eligible for Tax return.
